Q: Where do I drop off my donations?

A: Donations can be dropped off during store opening hours only.  If the donation is large, you can park by the side door and a volunteer will help you to unload.

Q: What is the price rang of the clothing?

A:  General prices range from $1 to $20.  High-end and Vintage sections are priced individually and are in an affordable price range.

Q: Can I donate furniture?

A:  Yes, but please note we do not take used mattresses.

Q: Where do you get the merchandise from?

A:  All items have been kindly donated.

Q: Is your store for profit?

A:  No, Fresh Start Treasures uses all revenue from the sale of goods to directly support the Fresh Start Women’s Foundation.  The store features tax-free shopping and all donors receive a tax receipt.

A:  No, Fresh Start Treasures only accepts donated merchandise.

A:  We are located on the SW corner of Thomas and 40th Street. 3949 E. Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85018

A: We are closed Sunday & Monday.  Tuesday – Friday we are open 11 am to 6 pm, and Saturday we are open 11 am to 5 pm.
